Welcome to Corporatematchmaker.net. After 22 years as a corporate recruiter hiring technology professionals, I decided to launch a Career-Life Coaching consulting firm.

My passion is to coach and "give back" to the next generation of new leaders. My mission is to teach the experience & wisdom I have obtained while working in Corporate America for over 30 years.

My Philosophy :
There is endless need to help people navigate the hiring process, and I have the experience to guide you in that journey. Anymore you can't "go it alone", you need a coach to guide you in finding that perfect income opportunity. For sure you can try to go it solo, but there is a possibility you might not connect with the very best employer. You don't want to "settle", you deserve the best.

As a corporate recruiter, "matchmaker", I understand the "law of attraction" as it relates to talent and employment. My expertise is 1/1 coaching and search solutions. I bring real world credibility and experience, that help enable people to connect. My passion is to connect you with great opportunities.

My model is different than a traditional recruiter:
Career Coaching/search: You will get weekly personalized training & coaching during your search. This model differs from a traditional recruiter who gets paid by the company. They do not spend 1/1 time coaching and training like I do.

I invest many hours coaching you during a search.

My philosophy is "Do whatever it takes" to bring you across the finish line in getting a job offer.

-Coaching rates vary based on different factors. It is affordable and I will discuss rate after initial assessment call is done.

For full lifecycle corporate recruiting: I work on W2 or 1099. Hourly rates are based on the current market for an experienced technical recruiter.

Coaching 1/1 is a personalized career search strategy. For the last 22 years I have been a corporate recruiter and my client is the company who hires me. Coaching is similar but different. You are my client and the search is for you to find the best job and company to work for. Anymore finding the perfect job isn't easy, but if you engage with me you will experience corporate search strategies from a talent management professional who has seen it all and knows how to get results. My teaching is also personalized to your specific needs, skills, and experience.
